Delete it yourself

You can delete your account at any time, in the Folloverse app or on folloverse.com:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open Settings, then General (folloverse.com/settings/general).
3. In the Danger Zone, choose Delete account and confirm.

You are logged out straight away. You then have 30 days to change your mind: log back in during that time and you can restore the account. After 30 days the deletion is final.

Can't log in? Ask us by email

Email us from the address on your account and say you want it deleted. We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account the same way, with the same 30-day window.

What happens straight away

• Your memberships and subscriptions to creators are cancelled, so you are not charged again.
• If you are a creator, your members' memberships are cancelled and your page and content are hidden.
• All your sessions are signed out.

What is deleted after 30 days

• Your profile: display name, bio and avatar. Your username is released.
• Your email address, password and Google sign-in link.
• Your posts, products, collections, community channels and uploaded media files.
• Your creator page settings and its link to our payment processor.

What we keep, and why

• Purchase, payment and payout records, detached from your profile where possible. The law requires us to keep them for tax and accounting, and we need them to handle refunds and chargebacks.
• Creators with unpaid earnings: we settle the remaining balance with you before the account is finally deleted.
• Accounts banned for breaking our Terms: the email address and username stay on file so they cannot be used to register again.
• Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you, such as a creator's total views.

Only want to stop creating?

Creators can delete just their creator profile from the same Danger Zone and keep their account, follows and purchases as a fan.
